THE WEATHER

MaryLynne Wrye uses text and photographic image to explore and express a sense of place. The work suggests that the experience of culture, even of one’s own culture, can be enigmatic. She is working on a project based on the language of weather forecasts in the UK. She has also done work with a Polaroid camera on an interconnected project in New York, London, Paris, and Liverpool.
